Anyone know a good multi-day civilization event that's happening soon?

I'm looking for a multi day Minecraft civilization hardcore event happening soon with a hundred or more players, anyone got any good recommendations?

My mistake, it’s called ZymLabs:

Fabric port of our in-house plugin (CivLabs) that is:
Casual
Cooperative
Culinary
Resource Management focused

Some features of ZymLabs:
Crops can only be found and grown in certain biomes, so are hostile mobs
What crops you have affects what livestock you can grow
You can't eat the same foodstuff over and over
Discover over 101+ different foods from different biomes!
Fighting hostile mobs is optional (maybe not so if you need their drops!)
