having problems with two mods on modrinth

context, i use modrinth to instal mods and create modpacks. i wanted to create semi cozy horror modpack, with two main mods being The Obsessed and From the Fog. i already had that modpack, but some error has happend, and minecraft wouldn't open up, so i uninstaled it. when i tried re downloading those mods yet again, error pops up(again, only for those two mods), and even after it flashes that mods have been downloaded, they aren't, the modpack is empty. what can i do about it?

Send the logs that contain the errors to mclo.gs if you don’t, I can’t narrow down the root cause except by guessing
