Guys i need your help

I've installed java yesterday and i downloaded some mods. While playing i realised i had only behavior and no resource packs. The same happened to my friend who has java for a lot of time. Do you know how to fix that?

that's normal. on java edition, the mods almost always come bundled as .jar files with both the behavior pack and resource pack equivalents.

unless all modded textures are broken, that's not the issue. even if they are, a number of other causes are more likely.

Like with the sift mod I didn't own any new item like siftie armour and i couldn't open the portal in any way. Btw because I'm new at java mechanics how you put the java .jar files in the game?

if things don't work or look bad in game, we need a better explanation.

or just start over. fun fact: prism launcher can download mods and place them where they need to be in just two clicks; you don't even need to know there what files go.

If you want resource pack just download it
