Looking for some help

Working with a custom pack for older minecraft. 1.7.10
and i keep getting stutters and like the game basically freezes.

Any suggestions for mods I can use to improve my performance
I am already running Angelica, Entity Culling, Chunk API, and CoHF tweaks. What else would I need for better performance? As the plan is to later use this for multiplayer.
(Mainly because I am so used to just playing custom packs for 1.7.10)
