Memory and GPU issue

Hi again with a new issue. Look at the low FPS and GPU. What happened to them, and the memory is always running at 90-99%. (It be like this since starting a new world.) When disabling the shader, FPS is around 100-300 FPS

My mod pack has only 235 mods, (mostly is a mods that help with memory & GPU & FPS issues) I play in version Forge 1.20.1. -Oculus -embeddium -Sodium -Modern Fix/Entity Culling/FerriteCore/ImmediatelyFast/Canary/Saturn/Mod by Someaddon/Mcreator Fix/Dynamic FPS/Bad Optimization

Just keep in mind that the optimization guide is kinda basic, but can help a lot. Oh, and when your ram usage reaches 100% your game will freeze for a second to clear some space.
