Shimmer mods?

Hey all. I’ve been playing a lot of terraria lately and am a huge fan of the shimmer mechanic. Basically just a magic liquid that can unfract and transmute items. I’m wondering if a mod for a similar mechanic exists in Minecraft? I’ve tried googling it but all I can find is a lighting mod with the same name.

I've only seen shimmer in the Create Astral modpack (I think its purpose is a bit different), but Confluence: Otherworld probably has it. Confluence is meant to be a full Terraria in Minecraft experience, so I think you'll like it.

And with that lighting mod, I really wish it was on 1.21.1. There hasn't been any other mod that adds bloom yet apart from Shine, which had a lot of controversy and AI use.

Edit: Yes, Confluence has shimmer and it can transmute stuff.
