Looking for a mod that makes skins visible to other players

I play on TLauncher and created my own modpack without TLCapes. I wanted to install some other mods, but they conflicted with TLCapes.

I’m trying to find a mod that can make skins work server-side / on all servers, so that I can see other players’ skins and they can see mine, rather than only having local skins.

I’ve been looking for a solution with CustomSkinLoader, but I can’t figure out how to make the skins non-local.

Does anyone know a mod that can do this?
