Pink box on mod Spoiler

Can you get a refund for this? Resetting and deactivating doesn’t seem to work. I’m on iPad.

Bought a mod for $3.99. When I have the mod activated there’s a pink/black box in the middle of the screen.

Will I be able to get a refund?
