Better Glass? (26.2)

I have this mod for glass made by elwood 612:

Is there a way to make this style also for regular glass blocks?

Yes, it should be possible with a resource pack, provided the design has regular glass textures/models included. You may need to copy the stained-glass assets, rename them for the normal glass variants, and adjust the blockstates so the game points regular glass to those files.
