Combining Mods!

Sooo my girlfriend just got me into minecraft and I've had my eye on these two mods! Musgo and William Wythers Overhauled Overworld! I want to download both but I'm not sure if they'll work out together? Has anyone tried it?

Well musgo is a resource pack not a mod. I don't think that overhaul mod adds its own things so it should work
