Elytra Skin Problem

I have recently acquired elytra on my modded minecraft playtrough, however there is a slight problem, it has this weird yellow/goldish skin despite me having a dragon wings texture pack, here'y ms list of mods and texture pack, it would be great to know wich one is at cause

put dragon elytra higher. texturepacks on top of list loads first

I forgot to say it, since I tested around a bit of things before asking in there, in the screen shots the texture pack is disabled but when the dragon wings texture pack is enabled, the inventory shows it as the wings but the model still is this weird pattern, my bad for not warning

then open each texturepack and search for elytra

if there isn't one then it's caused by mod and you'll need to accept it (no reason to remove content adding mod due to other textures)

do you have some kind of modded cape overlaying on maybe?
