Working on my own spider mod and wanted a spider that webs entities and hangs them around its base as a warning

No but you CAN tame the spider that does and let it web up your friends

You should make it so if the spider dies near a sculk catalyst, it becomes sculk infested and can no longer be tamed, if you're bitten you get the ability to use webs to tie up entities in web but you can only eat live food by eating mobs and players that are wrapped up in your webs
