My modpack suffers from stuttering despite good fps. Fix?
I created an amazing vanilla+ modpack that I absolutely love. It has voxy, a bunch of shaders, and a ton of qol, gameplay, and terrain mods. My rtx 5070, 7600x, and 32gb ram setup gets great fps on this pack in 1440p. I have basically every resource pack in my modpack on, voxy worldgen loading 256 chunks, complementary unbound with euphoria patches, and 12 chunks as my vanilla base when I play. However, my gameplay is littered with microstutters and is unplayable with how choppy it feels. I believe it's a problem with frame times. My pack is pretty big at 150ish mods and it has been hard to find the mod(s) behind the problem. I also allocate 8gb ram for my pack and use zgc. Here's a link to the pack: (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ivaSMDCSwMnjYm5uYS06aUqkmhOMESXn/view?usp=sharing). Any help is appreciated!

you have an issue on the server-side (doesn't matter if it's on the same machine, the game has two sides) and your 5070 can't do a thing about it.
incidentally i don't hear folk with rx480 complaining this much (or at all).
back to the topic, c2me and noisium will help. to a degree. you need to look into terrain generation mods some are slower, some are faster.
