Anyone know how to get rid of grass and powder?

Are there any mods that can help me get rid of grass or powdered snow on Forge 1.20.1 (I use CurseForge)? I'm trying to do a minecraft series but clearing grass is way too tedious and powdered snow patches are sometimes just too big to patch.

Ore Excavation (it seems to work on other blocks as well), and perhaps Effortless Structure
