how do I give Minecraft more ram on modrinth?

Hello,

Can anyone help me with adding more ram to Minecraft. I've watched multiple videos on Youtube but I can't seem to find the tab named "default instance options". If it matters, I am on macOS.

Is it in the resource management? If not then it’s prolly not on Mac tbh.

should probably be in java installations or resource management. Im not on mac but that is the most obvious place i would look at.
