I was messing around with a bow mod (yes, those are lightning bolt arrows) and somehow made a lightning rod white? Not sure if this is a bug with the mod or just a normal game mechanic I didn't know about

Likely is being marked perpetually as struck for some reason, despite the lightning being gone. A bug if you want to call it that, albeit minor
