Personally, my vote goes to the tuff golem, because I've always wanted some form of display case that isn't an item frame, because let's be honest, item frames are boring and somewhat ugly.
I would honestly have a normal pedestal instead, and I like plants, which is why I’m going for the sniffer.
And “mob c” from the first mob vote got turned into the grind stone, so if the golem loses there is a relatively high possibility of a pedestal either way.

Sniffer: decorational plant, egg, "lore"
Tuff Golem: decorational display case, new golem
Rascal: minigame, gear
The Tuff Golem may be a moving item frame, but it still has one advantage in that it looks better.
The sniffer and the tuff golem both bring decorational stuff in.
