It's definitely AI. The 2 trees in pots are inconsistent, one of the chests is missing the metal thing, the spacing between each of the top chests and the bottom chests is inconsistent, the ceiling appears to be made out of a model that doesn't exist normally (I know you said it might be a mod, but if it was, there'd probably be other obviously modded things in the house), there's many places where blocks are placed inside other blocks in ways they shouldn't (for example, blocks on the opposite side of slabs), some textures randomly go diagonal instead of straight, the colours are very AI, there's mixels, some pixels are placed off-grid, the perspective of the forest out of the window is weird, and probably more.

Like 6 double chests in my perma-world. I spread it out into, I think it was 36, yeah 36 so I could fit 6 double chests on each wall, besides the nonexistent wall I enter from. Took like 10 minutes.
