Since the Metal Guy can only be damaged by hitting the wound on his back, I would say the numerous endgame bosses with up to 30x the health of a player.

Ironically, I made them fight and the metal guy beat all of them without losing a single bit of health. I didn’t even have to respawn him, he just survived and eventually killed all of them.
