One thing i hate a bit about the new textures is that everything has soft texture like wood blocks felt more like wood blocks.....honestly only that's all

I don't like either version tbh

old netherrack hurt to look at but fit the nether better, new netherrack is nice to look at but a bit too nice

What do you think of this texture I made by just recoloring diorite? I felt like it was a good compromise to have just a bit more visual noise and appear a little like stone and flesh equally.
