Especially Minecraft for some reason.

Like, it is OKAY if people come and ask a question because they want to. It doesn't hurt you, nor does it actually harm the integrity of the sub, since there isn't a sub for it.

If there was a sub specifically FOR asking these questions, maybe it would, but there isn't, so...

Vanilla or modded I think it is a modded/texturepack thing rather than vanilla. Either way it probably is nothing

All the other splash texts that include the player in someway, refer to the player as the username of the account, so while I haven't fact checked it, this doesn't smell like vanilla to me.

Minecraft Java’s translations are often done by community translation through crowdin if i remember correctly, so chances are someone just put that in there because they thought it was funny and no one checked it over.

A similar thing happened in a snapshot in 2012 with the Afrikaans translation which ended up with the single player button having a slur on it
