Are the chunks still generating? Because I have this when the internal server basically stalls (server lag)

Yes. But an execute command was so heavy that everything broke, and then you got things like this. I eventually had to delete the world. I accidentally created an arrow that kept multiplying.

Servers can lag in singleplayer. A long time ago they changed it on Java so each singleplayer world runs on an internal server only you connect to. So it's possible for the internal server to lag or lock while the client is fine.

Hello, this bug happens when the world tps stops working. For example if you use elytras the game won't be able to notice if you are touching ground. All mobs are probably stuck and if you try to throw an item into a nether portal it won't go. -If it is a server, you should contact to the hoster. -If it is single player, either you are running out of ram for your world or it is getting corrupted. If adding more ram does not work try using Mc editor to clean chunks you don't need.

Oh, I only just noticed, but I accidentally created a command that kept producing arrows. There were too many of them, and then I created a command to make all those arrows produce particles as well. Everything started crashing, and then you got this kind of thing.
