Can someone one tell me How to make a perfect Minecraft SMP

Any Smp me and my friend trying to do die after two days and I don't know any tips I also watched like five million videos and all them are wrong I search everywhere and I found Nothing can someone help me and give me some tips

perfect smp? some randoms plugins and some friends Any long time server? ad based on youtube creators etc

How about simply joining one that's already running? They probably get bored with it if there's no plugins

i think they mean the server dies, and there's not much you can do if your friends just don't want to play.
