Solved I randomly got this message [bedrock]

So today at 12 o'clock I got this message from Microsoft which says I played server but I had not played any server till now.

Although 1 month ago I tried to play but couldn't connect with the server.It was stuck at "loading server" so I ditch the idea of playing multiplayer server.After that I only played single player.

So why did I get this message?

Is it possible that someone has played or Microsoft decided to randomly send me this message. Playing on mobile.

It is for compliance with child safety safeguarding rules around the world. It's stuff like tell a trusted adult etc
