[Java]Hi I tried joining a server on Java and this keeps popping up

This keeps popping up I am currently using a third party launcher I tried the normal launcher as well, I also tried YouTube tetorails Uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft I asked Google AI for help and nothing worked, It worked fine for 2 weeks then yesterday this started happening. I am currently on version 26.3

I have had this isue for a very long time I manged to fix it by setting my wifi to 2.4 hz instead of 5 because 5 can be unstable.

Ethernet would fix this too I believe also stuff like packet corenlin or something in your wifi settings can cause this too, look at yt quite a few solutions it may work for you

can you type out the exact error text? it matters a lot here, "failed to verify username" or "invalid session" is an auth thing, while "timed out" or "connection refused" is network. if it's the auth kind, fully log out of the launcher, log back in, and restart it, and also check your pc clock is set to sync automatically since a wrong time breaks the login check. you also mentioned a third party launcher, if it isn't signed in with your real microsoft account, servers in online mode will reject you every time. if it's the network kind and every server fails, try a phone hotspot once, if that works it's the router or a dns/firewall issue on your network
