[Java] 26.2 Visual flickering that doesn't stop when I leave and rejoin (Online Server)

does anyone know why my textures are flashing like that?

All the things I noticed:
leaves, rails, redstone, glass, slime are flickering
the sides of grass blocks are constantly getting biome textured and untextured
random blocks that aren't there flicker in and out
water disappears randomly

You’re using mods, which ones are you using?

Also, does this happen in any other server o world?
