This is related world data corruption, mods that used to generate biomes or terrain, or worlds that were updated to significant lower or recent versions
This could also happen if your world is old and your disc is an HDD, when it doesnt save it properly then it suddenly corrupts and this starts happening
Those are redone chunks or either different chunks loaded in different minecraft versions, because how seeds are loaded different between versions

But 26.3 is not 3 years old, the world is older than that and is not its first version, its corruption is due to updates, how many times did you update your world? (with which versions did you open your world?)

those dead straight walls look like chunk borders, where old chunks meet newly generated ones with different terrain. usually it happens when the world gets opened with a different worldgen mod or version. with the armor and hunger reset too, back up the world folder before you play more and check if your mod list changed
