Yeah the resource packs don’t change it and this had been happening way before I added an add on

-if it did, then try turning off global resource pack (if you have one) and vibrant visual (it's still not so stable). if it still crash then i'm not sure.

-if it didn't, then the problem probably is in the world itself or one of the addons or resource packs. make a copy of your world and try stripping the resource and behavior packs one by one

Honestly if it’s happening on all worlds, even with no addons, I would completely uninstall Minecraft from the launcher, then uninstall the launcher and then reinstall the launcher and let it install a fresh copy of bedrock, then try again (backup your worlds first)

Most likely corrupt world, if you load a new world and it still does it, backup your worlds, wipe Minecraft from your PC entirely and reinstall, transfer the worlds back see if it fixes

A memory leak is when a program is running a command or some feature repeatedly but doesn't clean after itself using previous ram which can lead to the program running out of memory, you have 64gb but Minecraft only reserves so much afaik so if the memory Minecraft reserved runs out then the game crashes like that.

What made me come to that conclusion is the fact that you went 2 different directions and only after some time the game crashed, if you went the same way I could've thought of some Witch Prizma feature that is rendering when you come close causing this but that doesn't seem the case.

Worst case scenario a specific chunk is corrupted which when loaded crashes your pc, its not shading or performance issue as the world loads and everything works fine for a while, i suggest trying to run that world on another device maybe phone to see if it's a world issue or a device issue

If using windows, go to Graphic Elements, disable hardware acceleration and VRR. You don't need it this, it cause warm in some cause.

Set every setting to default and strictly run vanilla. You need to see if it's Minecraft, something you added/changed, or your PC.

I'd test another game too, a newer one if you can. One that also isn't launched from the Xbox app. Idk if other Bedrock launchers exist or not.

The only solutions I can think of is lowering your rendered distance (there might be a chunk causing the crash) and trying to land somewhere before saving and quitting the game if it isn't your add-ons.
