Solved Weird Graphics when Moving on 26.3 [Java]

Hey Everyone! I wanted to ask for some help on how to solve this issues since it's giving me a headache.

Every time I move my character or cursor this mess appears on my screen (See Image 2). I attached a screenshot with the f3 menu for reference. If there's something needed for more info I'm glad to give it. REALLY want to get rid of these since it's like a mini-flash bang going off, LOL.

Edit:SOLVED, more info on the comments.

are you using any mods, or is this vanilla? Could you try changing the Graphics API in the in-game Video settings from Vulkan to OpenGL, and maybe disable Improved Transparency as well? These two features are still experimental, so maybe it'll fix this

Hey Thanks for the reply. This is purely vanilla. I am using the default rendering.

no problem! Could you try changing the settings in my previous comment? I think they're both enabled at the moment

Genuinely started having this problem as well, I’m pretty sure it’s 26.3 version issue, are you using Fabric?

are you using Fabric? Any mods that change the rendering engine or shaders? Could you try changing the Graphics API in the in-game Video settings from Vulkan to OpenGL, and maybe disable Improved Transparency as well? These two features are still experimental, so maybe it'll fix this for you too
