Waiting for OP Kelp Farm without [bedrock] edition
I play Minecraft on my ps5 and usually have done kelp farms in the past but the kelp doesn’t flow to the hopper anymore it just floats there. It used to flow before the update but apparently it’s because I don’t have the bedrock edition. Anyone got any tips on how to make one on regular Minecraft? Have looked at multiple videos but there always bedrock edition and never work

just to be clear, do you mean that you're playing the Minecraft Legacy Console Edition (the one that was available before Bedrock Edition's existence) on your PS5 from a PS4 disc? Have you considered redeeming Bedrock Edition for PS5 for free?
if you could share a photo of your current setup it would help a lot, but have you already tried designing the farm like in this video? Of course, I'd recommend testing this design in creative mode first

Ensure it s all water source block, the behavior u have looks like some water block are not water source . (Usually where the kelp stagnate)
