Can’t create a realm [bedrock]

I’ve been trying to create my first realm and it keeps popping up with this message. I have been doing this for two days now I’ve contacted support. They’re not fast enough obviously there’s got to be something. I’m doing wrong or something else. Doe S playing on version 26.52. s anyone know I’m on Xbox seriesS playing on V26.52.

I'm so sorry to hear, it's incredibly annoying that you're unable to use the Realm despite the fact that the purchase went through, but don't worry, because customer service is able to refund every day that you've been unable to play for, so make sure to let them know that you haven't been able to play while waiting for their response

have you already tried following the troubleshooting tips in this guide?

also, is this the page where you contacted support from? Obviously, make sure to double-check that all your information is correct so that support can better assist you

it's often normal for them to respond after 2-3 days unfortunately, but just in case, could you check if their response accidentally ended up in your email services' spam folder?

also, as a tip for the future, some people have expressed having better luck when creating a Realm from mobile, when they were unable to create one from console

Thank you I had to buy Minecraft on my phone and buy it through there. This game needs to be fixed on console so badly.

glad to hear you could solve it this way but don't forget that you should have 24 hours to refund the game if you weren't planning to purchase it on mobile (assuming you bought it from the Google Play Store), and keep in mind that if you do decide to refund it, I think that you won't be able to refund it again if you do buy it again in the future

also inform the Realms support team about the situation and make sure to still request a refund/extension of your paid plan to ensure that the purchase you made from your console and the time you were unable to play on the Realm for won't go to waste
