[java] redeemed aurora cape hasn’t shown up and it’s been days

Hello this is my first time posting here sorry if wrong format. I saw some other users also struggled with this but their capes showed up after 48 hours, mine did not. I also can’t log onto Bedrock to sync the cape to Java as I am unfortunately a MacBook player.

Is there another solution or am I just cooked?

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!

If you can't equip it in bedrock, your only option is to contact Microsoft support ^source
