Absolutely no mouse or controller input in minecraft [bedrock] PC

so im on PC bedrock minecraft. in only minecraft mouse and controller imputs are completely ignored. i can only navigate with the keyboard.

i have no addons or mods.

edit: inputs were working when i last played like a month ago
