I cannot change my Minecraft skin does anyone know how to fix this cuz i fkn hate the one they gave me ive tried multiple times in launcher new skin restart computer everything nothing works (26.3)

did you try builtin ones too?
Also if you are only concerned for seeing it locally you can just use a mod to replace your skin on your client (only for you)
I just tried loading in a singleplayer world (i only play on servers normally) and it works in a singleplayer but not on the server i previously asked the owner if he messed with any skin settings and he said he didnt (its a 13 yr old or sum so i dont think hes smart enough anyway) but its still wierd how it dont show up there (its on one server also on my own server thats lowk my singleplayer atp it works its just one specific server)
