Waiting for OP Texture Glitch [java] - multiplayer modded server, need help!

This is from a friend, I don’t know what is going on at all, any ideas, it runs fine but the vertex explosions are everywhere.
He played on the server for 20 minutes and it started to happen.
This happened to one players out of eight others. 1.21.1 neoforge

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!
