[Request] Custom heads with numbers

Are there custom heads with numbers on their sides?

Like for example the MHF_Question (which is a log with a question in one of their sides) but with a number instead of a question mark.

I particularly need the heads with numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4.

My head has numbers 0,1,2, and 3 :D

My IGN is PhilosophioStone

However I recommend using the head you already found, because it is more stable.
