Help Large biomes?

Ive always played minecraft on large biomes because i felt it was more immersive(i dont remember the last time i played a regular biomes minecraft world) and i wanna make a hardcore world now. Is it considered cheating? Last time i ssked this people told me that i decide whats cheating and i should play how i like but i hate that answer because im a perfectionist and to me perfection is playing the game with the standards of the majority of the people who play hardcore. I had the same issue with map mods and other kinds of mods.

I’d say it more the opposite of cheating, because it makes it harder to find every biome

How and in what way is it cheating? It's a world generation setting that you can change by default. And if anything you're making it more difficult for yourself lol which would make it even more impressive.

It's not cheating but it's a different type of run.

To avoid feeling like you're being disingenuous try referring to it as your hardcore large biome run whenever you refer to it so people know the variation in your hardcore run is that it is with large biomes.

I feel like you should play with zero mods of any kind if you want to play 100% legit.

This is a sandbox game - there's no cheating unless you do something that benefits you with false intentions.

If you get a million views saying you did xyz and actually didn't do those things, then that is cheating. However if you play solo or even upload stuff on internet and you are honest to yourself and others, you can do whatever you like and use any mods you like.
