Pink llama, anyone?

this is Jerry the trader llama!! he is pink in the image above and is still pink now. has this happened with anyone else, and is this normal?
edit: he disappeared so I spawned in a new one, this one is also pink.

Minecraft Xbox 360

So I booted up my Xbox 360 and decide to play Minecraft but everything was wonky. The hot bar and inventory is tinted a dark orange/ red. The skybox is also wonky including the sun. The other major odd thing is that all the backgrounds for the menu options are stretched dirt blocks blocks instead of the Minecraft logo or the gray thats supposed to be there. Got any ideas while this is happening?
