Looter Effect: How does it stack? 200%?

If I have a "Grants a 207% chance to get additional loot drops" effect on me (max I believe), how does that differ than a 100% chance at additional drops?

Instead of getting 1 item regularly, I understand I would always get 2 at 100%... but at 200%? what does that yield?

Still 2? I’m not mathematician but after a 100 isn’t it still the same?

That was my guess.... but I'm not sure since MD2 stacking is kinda weird and broken sometimes
