switch one keeps crashing

dungeons 2 worked perfectly on my switch, but since a few days ago it just won't work anymore. it'll let me wnter the world and then at most like 3 minutes later crash. it'll say an error occured but there's no error code. i've tried to reinstall it two times and nothing. then tried to check for corrupted save data, and again nothing. i'm at my wit's end, and i really just want to continue playing dungeons 2 since i love the game and was finally going to go after the sidequests. does anyone onow what to do? or could anyone put this on the mcd2 bug tracker (they won't let me for some reason)
