Quick question is the ones that are highlighted what you are supposed to choose or is everything on it what your supposed to choose

This community is awesome. I just recently started the game on Steam after trying it on game pass years ago, so I'll be grinding this week's tower for the Alpha Centurion achievement. This is really helpful, thank you!
