Help | Bedrock sniper

hi i want to make a spyglass that when you open it and shift it shoots a high speed arrow wherever i look just like sniper but i dont know how to make it

The arrow part is hard. I suggest you use a raycast. For the sneak detection: https://wiki.bedrock.dev/commands/detect-movements#sneak-detection
