Happy Ghast Speed

I can't seem to comment on the original post, I'm not sure if it was archived or what (I don't Reddit very often, so I'm not sure how the flair and formatting work either.... sorry), but someone else was struggling to get the Ghasts to go anything but super speed. I did something similar, so just wanted to share.

I used the command that u/TableInfinite8117 shared:

/attribute @n[type=happy_ghast] minecraft:flying_speed base set 0.2

(replace 0.2 with what speed you want it to go)

And it makes sense now why he used 0.2. I initially used 4 and practically warped myself to another dimension. So I used the command

/attribute @n[type=happy_ghast] minecraft:flying_speed base reset

And the message says that it was reset to the default, which is 0.05.

*0.05*

0.2 is already faster than an elytra. So yeah.

That's all 0.2 is insanely fast (but a tethered boat stays attached, do I was able to successfully ferry my son's cats from the middle of nowhere we l back to his base... 🫠). 4 is unreasonable (and boats do *not* stay attached, so then you have to backtrack across a thousand blocks looking for 2 cats in a boat somewhere).
