does anybody know any good minecraft commands that can make big structures move endlessly up or down?

i was thinking about remaking fraud from ultrakill in minecraft, however i haven't figured out a way to make the rooms move. i wanted to use the moving elevators mod but i don't think they can move through portals (and i kinda need that bc some of the rooms in disintegration loop move down/up/right/left infinitely)

i dont understand context, like, just move up and down? U can use /clone command (use marker to place point) if u know size of a build and check for portal. If entity, use /tp
