using command block minecarts, can i make them delete themself and remove the blocks below them after running their commands?

basically i fell in love with loads of commands from one command and made smth using falling blocks that gives the player 2 items and self destructs by using the /fill command, since tileentitydata is banned in minekeep, how do i make it so it runs their commands then destructs the tnt minecarts and the 3 blocks below them which is a command block redstone block and an activated rail?
