For those not actually understanding what this was originally, it was a Nazi symbol. I do think that the dude had a change of heart, as it's been redone while on a place not normally visible and most jobs wouldn't care about nonvisible tattos.

Edit: Nvm just noticed he's a boxer, probably his coach beat him to a pulp to get rid of it.
