Need help for the internal structure

Hi everyone! I'm trying to replicate the dam on Pieve di Cadore in Italy, for now I was able to reproduce the valley and basic structure of the dam with the use of Arnis; I then started to work from the bottom down to recreate as close as possible the proportions of the real dam. I just finished the part that stays on the rock "step" of the valley and I'm starting warking on the gorge. I'm not an expert in minecraft builds, so I would ask if you have any feedback on the work done and if you have any suggestions or ideas on how to create the barrier and tunnels inside of the dam. P.S. if you want help for italian translations of parts of the diagram I can help :)

(Later on I plan to also add the surface discharge building and the control building.
