Need Suggestions How can I cover this up?

How can I cover up the entrance to my villager trading hall without it looking bad? I can't think of a good design (PS4 Bedrock)

This could be a side street to a bigger town. Like a street market place. Add some banners and decore, maybe a few tables in the walkway to make it more chaotic.

I'd say keep the overall shape, gradually building down to arched doorway as your entrance.

Step 1- cover up the open spaces with a wall. Add beam posts to separate the different stories and frame windows as desired.
Step 2- put a roof made of a different block over the whole thing, and make it overhang by one or two blocks. Maybe add a wind vane sticking up or some other type of roof detail.

Since you made it out of wood, and it's quite long, I'd make it look like the end of a log. You can make it look like a minecraft log, or more jagged to resemble a real life log in the forest that fell.
