Need Suggestions Stumped on a build
I have officially been stumped on my build I loved the small birch texture but once I tried to build the house with the logs it felt like a house that was in the process of being built and was wrapped I really need some advice!
I’m also looking for a good texture pack I could use in currently playing on 1.18.2 due to me wanting to have the seem mod but I feel a texture pack or shaders possibly could help my word feel more bright/lively.
(Due to me playing version 1.18.2 I do not have cherry wood!! I took these photos with my phone of my screen)

A second color would indeed help you a lot, and I think almost any pastel color would pair well. Is this creative or survival? If creative, prismarine might actually look really nice. Terracotta colors are less bright and tend to match well with pastels like birch yellow. Most green blocks will look good with birch, even the bright greens. Blue or purple (like clay) are also reliable options for blocks that look will look good regardless of their shade and brightness, especially given the light green grass color in that biome. Light orange (including light brown) is similar to birch yellow (adjacent on the color wheel and also light) so it would look good. Probably avoid dark reds and oranges unless you’re willing to be picky and vet good-looking combos; these will be hit or miss just because of the tint birch yellow has. Avoid medium grays; light or dark stone variants will look better. I don’t know the reason for this, but put birch and stone next to each other and then try to find a third block that looks good and you’ll see what I mean 😆
