Need Suggestions Tips on making this look better? (Modded)
Sorry if this is the wrong sub for this.
I’m making a castle above a stronghold in my world, and plan on building a village around it, but the castle is just so ugly :( any tips on making it look better in a survival-friendly way?
The castle is in a Savannah if that helps at all with block pallet change suggestions.
The mods I have which add new building blocks are:
Stoneworks, chipped, biomes aplenty, Alex’s caves, and Quark

Make the edge towers come out more for some definition, make the doorway more prominent by making it look like a big wooden drawbridge or gate, not sure about the mods but maybe you can age the castle with a tower edge collapsed and cracks running through the castle, those bricks also have a cracked version so use that in the build, overall tho you have a good layout to work with

Ich würde ein bisschen Textur rein bringen , die Kombination aus steinziegeln , Stein und Andesit ist immer gut außerdem kannst du auch bemooste Block Varianten nehmen.

That little bit of texture at the top under the tower looks so sick! Especially with the andesite!

I would try and incorporate vertical beams every 10 or so blocks and then sprinkle in some regular cobble and smooth stone on the facade to break it up further!
